Klavadabra is a macOS utility built by Nikolai Iakubovskii ("we", "us"), registered as ИП (Russian Federation, УСН Доходы 6%). For sales outside the Russian Federation, Lemon Squeezy LLC is the merchant of record and handles VAT, sales tax, EU compliance, and consumer-protection obligations on our behalf. For Russian sales, we sell directly through Т-Касса (Т-Банк); fiscal receipts are issued via АТОЛ Онлайн in compliance with 54-ФЗ.
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Klavadabra Pro on Macs you personally own or control. The license is keyed to your email address, not to a specific machine. Use it on as many of your own Macs as you like.
$24 one-time, lifetime updates included.Your license is a short cryptographically-signed token sent to the email used at checkout. Treat it like a password — anyone who has it can unlock Pro on their own Mac. You agree not to publish or share the token. We provide a free re-send if you lose the email; write to [email protected] from the address you bought with.
30 days from purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the order id. We refund through the original payment method. After the 30-day window, we still consider refunds if the product is broken on your machine — write us and we'll work it out.
EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right; our 30-day policy is more generous and applies in addition.
On refund or chargeback, the license id is added to a revocation list. The app, if you keep the (opt-out) revocation check on, downgrades to Free on the next launch. The check is opt-out; you can disable it in Settings → License if you prefer strict no-network operation. Either way, you agree not to use the product as Pro after a refund.
Lifetime updates are included. We use Sparkle (sparkle-project.org) to deliver them. The app fetches a small XML feed once a day; it never sends your typing or any identifier as part of the check. You can disable auto-update in Settings → General.
Klavadabra is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship a tested, well-behaved utility, but software can break things you typed. We recommend keeping ⌘Z within reach and using the in-app preview before letting auto-fix loose in apps where mistakes are costly.
Our total liability for any claim related to Klavadabra is capped at the price you paid for the license. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, downtime).
You may not reverse-engineer Klavadabra to bypass the license check, redistribute the binary, or remove copyright notices. You may, of course, set up your own builds from source if and when source is available.
See the Privacy Policy. Short version: nothing leaves your Mac except an opt-out daily update check and an opt-out daily license-revocation check (paid users only).
You can terminate your license at any time by deleting the app and your license token. We can terminate a license that's used to violate these terms (e.g. published publicly to bypass payment). In practice, that means the license is added to the revocation list.
We may revise these terms. Existing licenses keep the terms they were purchased under, except where required by law. Material changes are noted in CHANGELOG.md.
For Russian sales, Russian Federation law applies. For sales handled by Lemon Squeezy, the law of your country of residence (within the EU) applies via consumer protection routes; otherwise, the law of the State of Delaware, USA.
